Benefits of Participating with DenteMax
By joining the DenteMax network, you will be making your office available to
nearly 5 million members nationwide. The DenteMax network is easy to administer
with just one competitive fee schedule assigned to your office. All treatment
is on a fee-for-service basis. You are not required or expected to provide any
services for free or at no cost (e.g. free cleanings).
To help you build your practice, DenteMax provides free advertising for your
office through our online and printed directories, as well as the online and
printed directories of the insurance companies that lease the network.
To help you reduce expenses, DenteMax has negotiated discounts on products
and services used most in dental offices.

DenteMax strongly believes in regular and open communication with all participating
dentists. Not only does DenteMax keep up-to-date network information on our secure
web portal specifically for our network dentists, we also mail regular
communications including a quarterly newsletter and annual fee updates.
When you initially join the network, you will receive a Welcome Kit with a Dentist
Reference Guide that fully explains all guidelines of participating with DenteMax.
This Welcome Kit can be used to easily locate information if you ever have any
DenteMax has established a reputation of quality by building a network of
credentialed dentists. Members have peace of mind when choosing a DenteMax
dentist because they know our network is made up of the best dentists in the
nation. It is for this reason that DenteMax requires credentialing before a dentist
is accepted into the network, and then requires re-credentialing every 3 years.
DenteMax may choose to contract with a third-party Credentials Verification
Organization (CVO) to collect and verify credentialing information on our behalf.
Our CVO will be identified by name, and will reference DenteMax on any
correspondence with your office.
Please be assured that all information DenteMax collects as part of the
credentialing process is handled as strictly confidential by our staff
and our CVO and in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidelines.
This information will not be given or sold to any third party.
