We Are the Network Manager

DenteMax provides a network of dental professionals like you to patients across the country. With our focus on building and managing a dental PPO network, DenteMax has established lasting partnerships with dentists, employer groups and more than 165 insurance companies.

At DenteMax, our network dentists are our partners. We are constantly looking for ways to bring new patients to your practice and to improve your bottom line.

DenteMax is not involved with processing or paying any claims. As a participating network dentist, you will be paid by the patients’ insurance company according to their submission guidelines. If you have specific questions regarding claims, you should first contact the patient’s insurance company.

Finding a Patient’s Insurance Company/Claims and Eligibility Information

Because DenteMax is not an insurance company, we do not have access to any claims or eligibility information for patients who use our network. For claims or eligibility information, you will need to contact the insurance company for the patient you are treating. In many cases, the telephone number for the insurance company will be located on the back of the patient’s member identification card. If you need help finding this number, please contact our customer service team at 800.752.1547.

If you are not able to resolve your issue or question with the insurance company, please feel free to contact our customer service team. When you call, please be prepared to provide the following:

• A copy of the EOB, voucher, claim form and additional information that will enable us to quickly begin our research.
• The names and phone numbers of anyone that you have already contacted regarding the issue.
