Individual Membership Program
As a dentist in the DenteMax network, you may also receive patients who participate
in individual membership programs. While several employers are reducing or
eliminating dental benefits, many of these employees still want access to a
network of high-quality dentists such as yourself. Having access to an individual
membership program allows these patients to continue seeking dental services
while ensuring you retain patients that may have otherwise been lost due to
the elimination of their dental insurance plan.
DenteMax has teamed with several companies to refer these cash-pay patients to
your office. These patients will typically carry a card indicating they are a
member of one of these types of programs and are eligible to receive services
by a DenteMax participating dentist at the DenteMax fee schedule. You do not
need to contact DenteMax to determine eligibility for these patients.
Payment for services should be collected from the patient at the time they
are performed. No insurance companies or carriers are associated with members
in these programs, which means no claim forms need to be submitted.
