immediately by looking up the tracking number via the internet or telephone. Additionally, once a case leaves the
lab an email notification can be sent to your office. This will let you know the tracking number and estimated
time of arrival. A link will also be provided which will give you the ability to real-time track your shipment.
All incoming and outbound boxes are insured.
