Commercial / Standard
The DenteMax Commercial network is the choice of most dental plan administrators
who use the DenteMax network.

Individual Membership
The DenteMax Individual Membership card network is an alternative to dental insurance.
Members purchase access to the network for themselves and/or family and present
a membership card to participating dentists. When a member visits a participating
dentist, the member is charged according to the reduced DenteMax fee schedule, with
payment due at the time of service.

Medicare Advantage
The DenteMax Medicare Advantage network indicates those dentists who participate
in Medicare Advantage plans. Medicare Advantage plans offer benefits, including
preventive dental services, that are not normally covered under traditional Medicare.
